At Otter, we want you to love what you
order. We will gladly accept returns for any of our products upon
receiving your return within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a
timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon
deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not
refund original shipping costs nor return shipping costs. If you
received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse
you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
